1. List the routines that are used in your classroom. The routines established include lining up quietly outside the classroom door, walking in and taking their seat quietly, each row will be called by the teacher to retrieve and return classroom textbooks and workbooks, and any supplies will be handed out and collected by a row captain. These teachers have been in the school system for quite some time, so I believe the routines have trickled down from previous experiences. The CT followed this up by asking, If a student was performing well in the current school, would you remove the student and send them to a different school?
